I ache all the time too. Some days it is at the point that the only thing that will help is a burst of prednisone and some vicodin. I think it is Cf related. Way too many of us experience it.

I have and they actually are pretty good. I think they are much more expensive (at least for me) than a case of ensure plus...and I did not notice any substantial weight gain.
