I know exactly what you're talking about...and it's gross. I always get a really bad/foul smell in my nose when I'm getting a sinus infection. Maybe try some nasal rinse/sinus irrigation to help clear it out. I use the Waterpik w/ nasal adapter at home, and SinuRinse when I travel..it has...

Maybe it is plugs; that's kinda what I was thinking initially. I don't know if I've ever had them before (is there a way to know?). I'll definitely try and remember to bring it up at my next appt...thanks for the help!

Does anyone else get really sharp chest pain at completely random times? It's not frequent at all (maybe a few times a year)...and will only last for maybe 30 seconds.
