beccamom, using "struggling with your weight" is not valid criteria for ruling out CF. yes, many people with CF do struggle to maintain and healthy weight but there are CFers that are pancreatic sufficient and have normal body weights. if you have concerns about your own status I would seek...
i do 7% in my eflow. it's really really intense and makes me cough something terrible. I have to do it in short little bursts-like 30 seconds at a time or so. but it only takes maybe 3-4 minutes if you go all at once. i break it up during my vest. you have to be really careful to wash the metal...

i usually get about 8-9 and that's best for me. on the weekends i try to sleep in a little bit and maybe take a nap as well. if i get less than 8 though during the week i'm seriously struggling....

thank you for posting this! all my blood levels always show that i'm not diabetic but i keep having these "episodes" and the doc couldn't really figure things out so this makes sense!
