What kind of probiotics are people taking? Would regular yogurt be sufficient? After all, all yogurt has live cultures... I've only ever taken the "fancy" stuff (a.k.a specifically labeled for probiotic nuts) while on PICCs because of the insane amounts of antibiotics (do NOT want a UTI....)

Though I'm on the complete opposite end of needing extra calories, my suggestion would be to NOT indulge in the high, empty ones (you know, sugary stuff, like Nutella or cookies). Sure, it's got a lot of calories etc, but no nutrition.
