Is it possible to experience side effects of Tobra (dizziness, or even kidney related stuff etc) even when the peak and troughs are within normal range? Typically do they still treat with Tobra when the patient is showing signs of toxicity?

Just as the title suggests. I have a log of pft's (fev1, fvc, fev1/fvc, fef 25-75%, pef). Sometimes I get a summary report with it, which tells me my fev1(L)% of predicted, fvc(L)% of predicted and fev1/fvc%. Sometimes I don't get this summary. Does anyone know how to change the read-outs...
