    Wow, sorry to hear this. I'm not sure what to do about this. I think this is one of my biggest fears. Cutting transplants in AZ and now no new FDA approved antibiotics. Will they cover compounded tobramycin? You could try getting that instead. I'm not sure if it will be more tolerable or not...

    Tobi side affects?

    Maybe its partially the extra time that it takes..on his on month he is basically doing an hour and fifteen minutes of meds per sitting. It's tough for a 3 year old to sit for that long. We will start the eflow with compounded tobramycin next cycle and see if that helps.

    our clinic removed pulmozyme from our sons treatments when he started hypertonic saline. Anyone else do this? I'm wondering now if 1x daily pulmozyme should be added back into the routine
