    I work in a special school and have a student with cerebral palsy who takes baclofen as a muscle relaxant in an attempt to reduce the effects of his severe symptoms. That's my only experience with the drug. Take care.

    confused Hi Leah My son coughed A LOT when on coliston. Not sure about the tightness as he was quite young at the time and not able to articulate exactly what was going on. His doctor said coughin is a recognised side effect.
