I have only been doing Tobi (yes Tobi not tobramycin) every other month for the last 6 months on the eflow. I have not had any problems with losing my voice. Because it is the eflow less medicine is required...maybe that makes a difference.

Sorry to hear about the diabetes, Mel. I do hope that things can be controlled for you with oral meds but if not... you are, as Jessica already stated eloquently "a strong kick ass chick" -- (I couldn't have phrased it any better myself!) and you will handle this...
