who would have thought that hypersal (basically salt water) would be so helpful. i'm a slacker when it comes to my meds. my nurse said if i had to choose only two meds to do, i need to choose my albutoral and hypersal.

I go to the Baylor Clinic in Houston. Dr. Katz and her team are great. They keep adding to their team. They get you in and out and care about you. I have about a 2 1/2 hour drive to get to them, but it's worth it. I live in Louisiana.

What can I say, I need help on finding motivation to exercise. You would think my daughter and husband would make me motivated to exercise, but I just can't find it. What would be an easy way to start off? I know my FEV1 would sky rocket if I just did cardio. Any ideas???

A great guy lost his battle yesterday. His name was Brian. Not sure that he ever visited the site, but please pray for his family. I believe he was in his middle thirty's and had a wonderful wife and daughter.
