    I don't think any of this falls under CF, I think it falls under your schedule and not being available to work the hours the need you for. That's just my thought. Kelli

    I don't know about all of the hormonal stuff...but a natural thing for me to do is work out. I know you're thinking "Work out??? I have NO energy."
