I eat after my treatments, I kinda have a weak stomach in the a.m. and with a gag reflex...it makes more sense for me to eat after....so it stays there.
Evening treatments, I do right before bed. That's just when I can fit them in.

How about just eating gentle foods (yogurt and other soft things). Maybe that will help any irritation.
You might want to keep a food journal (I know you're leaving soon) but perhaps a food is causing a problem that you aren't unaware of.
Just a thought.
