Just wanted to reply even though I don't think what I am going to say is that optimistic. Yes I do cough up a lot more since I started hypertonic saline but I have actually been hospitalized a lot more, my bugs have become extremely resistant, and my pfts have went way down since I started it...

Sorry to hear you are in the hospital. I will be praying that the Colistin and other abx do the job and your out soon. Keep us updated, eat good, and rest plenty.
