    question It does sound more like hypoglycemia- I'm going to say it's probably not CFRD, as that's a lack of insulin, which would cause high blood sugar rather than low. I'd agree with the snacking before bedtime. However, your bagel choice is not the best if it's hypoglycemia- those are complex...
