I'm wondering where it should fall in the order I do my neb meds. Currently I do pulmozyme and saline one right after the other, then my acapella.

This seems to be the bug that keeps showing up when I get sick. I guess it never really goes away. I tried Tobi in the past, and didn't like the side-effects, but I'm going to try it again to see if I can get this crap under control.
