I don't think green automatically means pseudomonas. I am colonized with Steno and mine is daily green of some shade too. And I think Deb was prob right too about it being and old mucus plug. They can come out in thick gelatinous type blobs.

That is so awesome Havoc!! And yes, exercise IS key to maintaining an improving your lung function. I have been pretty sick lately and I can tell my PFT's would not be at my best right now, and part of that is because I haven't been as active as I am normally. Again...WTG!!!
