I spend about $500 per year out of pocket for neccessary meds- I pay for all of my supplemental vitamins and meds in full (Fizzy NAC, greens plus, etc, that averages about $800 per year- my grocery bull is approx. $200 weekly. I have no co-pays for hosital stays, office visits, procedures, etc.

That sounds pretty similar to what I experience here in Ohio. Our adult CF clinic is only one day (one afternoon!) a week (Friday's), and sometimes it can take me days to get ahold of someone who can help me. Most recently I had an exacerbation coming on, and after 2 messages left, and speaking...
