    Welcome! These 3 also came to mind, but come back and ask if u encounter more: FEV1 - the important number to look at on the lung function printout. When people say their lung function is 60% they usually mean their FEV1 level is 60% of expected at that age and height of a healthy person...

My suggestion: Phone the pharmacy and the doctor ASAP and explain the problem, and ask them to take back the meds, credit you again, and then recharge for the correct stuff.
