HI I'm 23 and fairly good with my cf. I'm not in the hospital but maybe once a year. But now I cough so hard in the mornings that I pee down my leg and I cough for about 30 to an hour and my Doc's tell me not to take cough meds, but I'm to the point that I will try anything to not cough so...
