Just thought of this, are you on tobramycin? I was reading last week, while looking up its side effects, that it can cause balance issues and vertigo.

I would think just running it under hot water and letting it air dry would work. Is it the tall skinny clearish vial? I get all my meds from CF services pharmacy.
