Just as an update, we went to the clinic yesterday and got put on Doxycycline. It's another oral antibiotic and hopefully it will work to clean up her bacteria. FYI, the dosing is a pain though. It's only twice a day but she can't have any dairy within 2 to 3 hours of taking it, before or...
