Yeah, I second that with the hypertonic saline.
My PFTs went up only 2-3%. I too heard so many positive things about it. I do cough up more, but it doesn't seem to budge the PFTs. For the past 7 months, I've been doing it twice a day like clockwork - never miss it.

No problem. See I wanted to do a national check too, but they made it sound like you had to go state-to-state which can't be right. He only lived in PA (other than Uruguay) so for me it wasn't a big deal.
