Yup, the person doing it makes the world of difference. Also, it is not always the easiest thing to do so be patient. You could request some Lidocaine first, which feels like a bee sting, then it can be painless, assuming the lidocaine was administered properly.

Have you tried having her do the albuteral neb while doing the first half of her vest treatment? It can be a time saver, but I personally feel there is also some benefit to it.
