I think you need to have your progesterone checked. Spotting is usually a sign of it. I tend to spot at times too but not as regularly as you are. Also, you are ovulating late. Ovulation past CD20 isn't good. A 10 day luteal phase isn't too good either. Doctors like to see 12-14 days...
