    Hypertonic Saline

    J's used both 5% and 7%. He prefers the 5%, the 7% is a bit too harsh on his system (he was getting a raw scratchy throat). Order: Albuterol/Atrovent/Mucomyst then 5% HTS. Both while using the vest. The HTS usually runs for a bit after the vest as well. 2-3x a day for the A/A/M combination...
