My 5 year old does daily sinus flushes or we have SEVERE sinus issues-we have been doing them for about a year now, it helps a lot. I just use this thing I got at walmart that looks like a flower pot & it works well.

My Holly will have some mashed potatoes & a roll---that sums it up for the "big people" food that she will eat at thanksgiving. I might be able to get her to eat some sweet potatoes for a $1!!!!!!

The only thing we dont do with the VEST is TOBI & thats because they told me not to. The week after I started the VEST I started doing Pulmozyne with it & didnt notice a difference either way & the doc said it was ok so we do it that way.
