    These techniques are really working! Today they (unbeknownst to them) had zuccini and cauliflower in their scrambled eggs, with typical toast and bacon. I made a sweet but no sugar, high calorie drink for Ben with 1 cup rice milk, 1 banana, ground almonds (1/4 cup ground in a coffee grinder)...

    That is one of the short cuts if you don't have time to get the purees done...organic baby foods. Cool idea, never dawned on me either. Their tolerance for textures are so undeveloped in year 2...it can be tricky.
