We had the same issue.
We tried desitin, butt paste, aquaphor, etc. When she does get a sore bottom we use Critic Aid. I had to ask my pharmacist to order it for me. It stays on and doesn't come off with a simple wipe and it heals. I found it on a thread here awhile back. It is for adult...
