In general I think its somewhat milder than the DF508 mutations although genotype isn't the only indicator of severity. There's also enviromental factors, compliance with treatments and over all genetic make-up.

While further trials are being conducted to see if kalydeco works on other mutations I don't believe its yet approved for anything but G551D. I could be wrong and hopefully I am.
