When I was in college I went from 98 to 115 by getting on birth control. Not sure if that is something you want to do or not, but nonCFers say it made them gain weight, too.

I can't really answer your exact question, but I was just in for a yeast infection that was both vaginal and breasts (I'm breastfeeding) and it was due to Zithromax which I use 3 times a week. The doc who had seen CFers previously gave me an unlimited supply of Diflucan and a topical ointment...
