oh, and while if you did conceive multiples, even if your docs suggested selective reduction, you don't have to do it! Remember, there are quite a few CF moms of multiples here - so it can be done successfully (not that you'd want that, just to put some perspective to it).

I did medicated IUIs because I really wanted to hurry things up. There is an increased risk of multiples, but it is still a small risk. One thing that we did try was clomid with timed intercourse. I took the week's worth of clmid, had a follicle check and then did the hsg trigger shot...
