    I've never had a lung bleed, but when I get a nosebleed I take between 400mg and 1000mg of calcium citrate. Calcium is necessary to start the clotting process and given the tendency to develop osteoporosis, I would guess pwcf tend to be deficient. I used to have trouble with my nosebleeds...
