Patrick,
Hello and welcome. Sorry to hear about the diagnosis. That is NOT easy to handle and especially hard living in a country where there aren't many CF patients. I would make sure (as I'm sure you're doing) to find the best hospital around to treat your son.
I would challenge you to use...
I tried to look at your link but for some reason it took forever and I had to click out of it.
Does the link really work, or it is just my computer causing a problem (my computer has had MAJOR problems recently).
Thanks,
Kelli

Thank you so much, I will be checking into HS the next time I go to clinic. (March 23rd).
I appreciate all of your responses, at least I know I'm not in this alone and I'm not the only one who gets frustrated!

My temp is low too and I think my dr said at '99 degrees' I need to be making some phone calls.
Sometimes though, I will be sick in the night and have 102 or 103 fevers but they are gone by morning.
Good question though.

Thanks for your input guys. I appreciate it. I called the hosp. tonight just to leave a message but they forward the calls to a live person (something new). I told her I was bleeding and she freaked. I told her I'd just call in the a.m. when I could speak to someone. She wanted to page a dr but...

Hey Everyone,
I am prone to bleeding, it comes and goes as it pleases. Well I re-started Pulmozyme and BAM! I'm bleeding again.
Does this happen to others? It seems like Pulmo. aggrivates something in my chest. Since I'm prone to bleeding it's not scary but should I back off and wait awhile...

When I was a kid, it was the old fashioned 'pounding' so my parents HAD to be with me. Punishment for us both.
But now, life with the vest is so much better. Being an adult, it is so easy to get my vest and nebs in but I remember the days when I was younger and I felt like it was a punishment...
