I have heard of atypical diabetes resolving on it's own, but I could not find anything on the spontaneous resolution of CFRD. I just did a cursory search, I'll keep looking.

My left frontal is very small and mal-formed, although we aren't to the point of reconstruction yet, I have had to have several revisions. I think I'm on #5 now. I found a really good ENT surgeon, though so I am happy with the results and have no more daily headaches.

Hyper-Sal is simply hypertonic saline, and not a pharmaceutical medication per se. Some people do well with it and others don't (like me, I had more bronchospasm and it did not increase productive coughing). Since it's not a Pharmaceutical, there aren't any assistance programs that I am aware...
