I have had such a problem too with Express Scripts! I feel your pain!!!! Praise the Lord you got them to recalculate and resend the right amount. I have never been able to get that done and if they would send more I would have to pay another copay!

THanks for the replies. I guess it is good I am doing the insulin cause I have been able to put on some weight that I had lost prior to diagnosis.

This is just my opinion. But if one does not need large amounts of insulin with meals and is not taking insulin with every bit of food that is eaten I would say no to pump. I have a friend who has the pump because she needs insulin with food, corrective insulin etc.
SO I guess it just depends...

Funny thing is for me my doc started my right away on insulin when my sugars were spiking just over 200 and over 120. I think compared to others those highs are not really high at all but my doctor is SUPER proactive and wants me to be actually under 120 after eating. My diabetes dr. says 120 is...
