At 16 I was diagnosed with asthma also and have been on this for the past 8 years at least. I cant say that it has helped or hurt me that I haev noticed but I know that my numbers are staying steady and I credit this just as my other drugs to that. Also I know it does help with my allergies...

Oh yes I wouldnt sell it before I got my new one! I was just sort of getting a feel to see if everyone was able to get the vest for no cost or if people were paying insane amounts. I just wanted to throw some feelers out there hopefully so that I can help a family who maybe cant afford...

Start a nasel wash, it helps out a ton. One of the ones that I like ( and after 5 sinus surgries I have used alot) is the neilmed sinus rinse that you can get at walmart. Its over the counter but they usuall keep it in the pharmacy.
