FAM technique questions
you can get a thermometer for very cheap at the drug store. I don't think ear thermometers are all that great for this (I don't think they are all that great anyway).
Start charting now. It will take a few cycles for you to really be able to see your patterns anyway...

There are some that are category B for pregnancy (I think maybe celexa??), but you would have to ask your doctor which ones. I think - my opinion only here- that unless you cannot function or think that you would truly suffer withoutht them that pregnancy would be a good time to go off of them...
