I dont cough alot during a normal day when I am not sick but it is normally productive when I do (my FEV1 is 97%). When mine is not being productive it alwyas feels like something is 'stuck' if you have a dry cough is that normal for you?

I work out 4-5x a week. I mainly do eliptical with a few minutes of stair climbing and weight intermixed with jogging 2x a week. Curently though I am trying to start adding back some jogging and see how my knees do as they were a big issue before.

just wondering if you thought of trying the sleep number adjustable bed. I woudl think then you could not only adjust it ot the firmness or softness you needed depending on if you are sleeping on your side or whatever posiiton but you can recline it however you need.
