120 mg Prednisone

I was on 125mg. in '99. I was on 40, then 80 and then they said to do over 80 I had to be hospitalized.

When I was on 125 my ankles and feet were so swollen I couldn't wear socks or shoes. I couldn't sleep AT ALL. And my knees felt like someone took a hammer to them.

I'm extra sensitive to Prednisone and can only tolerate 30mg these days. I hope it works well for you, with few side effects.

I am also on 10 mg a day.
When I get a Boost or as I call it MegaDose.
I have trouble sleeping and I eat like a horse.
And my ankles and feet sometimes swell.

No real problems with emotions.
My Sister who also has Cf, When She is on Pred she gets real emotional.

Good Luck, I hope it Helps.
Also, My Doc has done the same to me in the past, No Abx, Just Pred.
But do make sure You keep hydrated..
