Steve, I just got my carrier test back from Ambry and I am a carrier of 2942insT. My sister had cf and was 2942insT/ DF508. My husband is also a carrier of DF508. Can you tell me anything about this other mutation? The only info I found was that it had been identified in one person who was dx with cf at age 29. My sister was dx at age 5.
