Laurie,
I am happy that his test was negative. There are false negatives, but if he is not presenting any symptoms, then that is great. Some day you may want to have him tested as to carrier status.
That is great, and I am very excited for you all

Thanks Tammy. I was thinking about getting him tested for carrier status as well. But since both of my daughters mutations are rare and they cannot find them, then they probably wouldnt be able to tell if my son is a carrier, right? Just wondering,
Laurie

Laurie,
Yes, you would need to know her mutations...I thought about that after I posted my message Maybe some day they will discover her mutations and you can go from there.
