HillRom vest-do you have to unplug after each use?

I keep mine plugged in all the time - don't know if that's right or wrong, that's just what I do. Of course now that you bring it up, I'm thinking maybe I SHOULD unplug it to conserve energy (being the little earth-lover that I am) LOL!!

You know, every appliance says to unplug after use, but seriously do you unplug your toaster or your coffee pot or your electric can opener after every use? I don't think most people do. If it's too difficult for ya right now (and it's difficult for a totally awesome reason, I might add) I say just leave it plugged in. I don't think it's really hurting anything. But maybe some others have better advice or know something I don't.

OH!! If you're worried about a storm like Emily said, how about plugging it into a surge protector?!

Unplug it? Really? It says that? Mine stays plugged in for months at a time... oops. And probably will remain plugged in for months at a time...

It's MUCH safer, both for you and the equipment to unplug it after use. If bending down to unplug is a problem, plug it in higher. I have an outlet on my kitchen counter where I plug in my hair dryer and vest. No deep knee bends required!
