Ha! I had that reputation in the NICU! This is a good reminder to all of us, Jada! I'd also add that we need to be vigilant about prescriptions from retail pharmacies, too. We've had the label indicate a MUCH higher dose than Emily should have been given, been given 20 days of a med that has a shelf life of 10 days, been given half the amount that we needed (and then were told that we'd have to refil the scrip and pay another co-pay).... Some of these are more annoying than life-threatening, but the point is, mistakes can be make anywhere, anytime. We need to be on our toes at all times!

Oh ya.

It's shocking what goes on behind the scenes in the medical community.

They're human (and often undereducated, careless etc) just like everyone else
