That's great! Austin's vest is through Hillrom too and when I thought his vest was too small I called the company and they asked me what kind he had and how big he was and then told me they would send one right out. He got it within a few days.

And then recently I though his machine was making a funny noise and finally figured where it was coming form . It was a tiny hole in one of the tubes. I called the company and told them about the little hole. The lady was very nice and told me that she wanted to make sure he was getting all of the benefits from the therapy and would be sending out new hoses. She also told me to duct tape that area so he was getting maximum benefits. I had the new hoses within a few days for that also.

I did ask her if I was to send the items back to them. Such as the old vest and hoses and she said no they were mine.

So I have never had any problems with them. Have fun with you new vest. <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif" border="0">

The customer service person even drew a little picture on a post-it note to show me how we should cut the foam to make it work! I thought that was cute.

We have been 100% satisfied with the company, too!
