I probably wouldn't be convincing enough to be "chronically ill" and they probably wouldn't wanna come way out here to film...
Besides, certain things are private and if you don't have any say in what they broadcast, it could become very embarrasing...
I'm not all familiar what this show is about, but with my understanding and experience of "documentary film", they take a lot of film, and later on edit out what they don't need...it was harder with 8mm or 35mm film (70mm was only used for movies), but i'm sure since they use digital or video formats these days, it won't be anything more than a bunch of VHS (or Beta?) cassette tapes or a big Hard Disk Drive. LOL
I understand years ago true TV Producers would be interested in getting a message out, but I'm guessing not all of them follow that criteria anymore these days.
