i'm not very productive in coughing up stuff, but i do find the 4ml of 7% saline helps. i cough the first few times i inhale, but after that i'm good. i tend to make myself cough to see if i can bring anything up. i don't have a vest i just do my acapella after.

I cough productively immediately. I use between 3-7 percent. I put it in the eflow and and use up to 4 ml's. I stop after i can't take any more coughing. Sometimes I only get in 1 ml. Its by far the best device I ever used for clearing my lungs. I use the vest to, but separately from the h. saline. The h. saline works when nothing else will.
