My thoughts were the same as Piper's, I'm 0+ as well and have been waiting 9 months, and am #5 for my blood type even though my lung allocation score is pretty high (41). Sorry I don't have more info.

I think it's interesting that some clinics transplant other blood types into AB+ people. I wonder if the person I spoke with at Penn had his story straight or not.
