Ab workouts

I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on how I could work my abs so they look as strong as they are. I take Tae Kwon Do 2 nights a week and I do all the excersizes that they do and everyone moans and complains that their abs hurt and mine don't get affected at all. I did 150 crunches, 30 sit ups, 50 side crunches, and 30 leg lifts last night and I don't feel a thing. I know we're stronger from coughing but there has to be a way. Any ideas?

trainers say that you can do tons of cardio and crunches-but if you aren't doing weight training, you won't get muscle definition. so i'd start some weight training in addition to your routine, which sounds incredible!
