hello!

so we just got back from a roadtrip to san diego this weekend and had a nice, relaxing time! we slept in, did some walking and then watched movies in the room and usually even got to bed EARLY!

however, of course we ate at various places (mostly diners) and i'm curious if the symptoms i've been having since our drive home yesterday are food poisoning or something else. just curious if anyone has experienced the following and could give me their non-professional opinion? I don't have much experience (that i know of) with the different kinds of food poisoning, but for the life of me can't figure out what else it could be....

1. NO vomitting or diaherrea

2. VERY nauseated (worse after eating anything or thinking about food)

3. No appetite

4. Yesterday I had an extremely severe headache that was sensitive to light (I've had migraines and thought that's what it was, but usually migraines for me respond to aleve or tylenol and even after aleve and 1000 mg. tylenol I had NO relief.)

5. Extreme muscle aches (flu-like) and I think a fever (felt flushed and went from shivering to super hot on and off all day). Today I don't have the aches or as bad of headaches anymore.

Any idea what could be going on? I'm not super concerned cause although I'm super super tired and lethargic and feel this has zapped all my energy, I don't feel its CF-related or cold/flu.

Just picking your brains to see what ya'll may have to say about it. Just for fun, really cause I've googled all I could and aside from listeria and botulism (from which I'd have probably already died), it doesn't sound like a food illness listed anywhere.

Thanks!

if you're not puking or crapping like crazy, it's not very likely that it's food poisoning. Could be a virus though.
