last time they checked my levels and they said my vit d. and calcium were low. i probably drink nearly a litre of milk a day lol plus cheese, etc. they have me on a daily vit d. now and i'm going back in a couple weeks to check everything out.

Hey just thought I'd update. I went into the dr today and the rest of my vitamin levels where low but not below the normal range. Since I'm taking a multi 2 x a day, a B comp, extra B6, Ester C, Vit E, selenium, zinc and iron. So they've decided to try IV vitamins. I didn't even think that was an option! I have to go to a clinic for the next 5 days for 4 hours each day...

Hopefully that'll help. She said after they'll test my levels again and then decide if I should continue IV's once a week or what...
