go to the cystic fibrosis foundation and look for your local chapter, and then you can call them for the # to the cystic fibrosis pharmacy/resource center. I just got ordered mine today. I love the vest, but it is a pain, so if I can find something that clears as good and doesnt require that much effort, that will own.

I've used them since 2002 (maybe it was '03) at home. I find it effective. My doctor explains it that the Vest loosens mucus and that the acapella helps remove the mucus.
